As the co-founder and CEO of Legistracker since 2014, Deepak is a dedicated partner to all those heroically working to create change.
Deepak has had a passion for software throughout his nearly 20-year career - from building a patent-pending Word formatting program, to developing compliance solutions for angel investors and attorneys, and most recently, custom-creating Legistracker to help a frustrated lobbyist make his job easier. He has developed game-changing tech solutions for major industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Hewlett Packard, Fidelity Investments, and Toyota. With a master’s degree in systems engineering and vast client experience, today, he leads his Legistracker team in providing stellar software with responsive, 5-star customer service – powerfully supporting the valuable work of advocates in every way he can.
Originally from a small town in India, Deepak currently calls Raleigh, NC home with his wife and co-founder, Sandy, and their two daughters. When he’s not interviewing guests for Legistracker’s “State Lobbying Heroes” podcast or applying client feedback, Deepak loves a good Cavaliers game, epic hike, or having a blast with his kids at the park.

As the Co-Founder and Customer Happiness Expert behind Legistracker, Sandy Meduri is a passionate advocate to everyone working to make a difference in their community.
With more than 15 years in the software field, Sandy is an experienced engineer, team leader, and client champion. Beyond Legistracker, she’s served as an engineering team leader across global markets and worked as a business analyst for cutting-edge companies throughout the US. Deeply knowledgeable about both engineering and business, she holds both a Master of Science from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Akron.
Though she currently calls Apex, NC “home,” Sandy grew up in a very small port city in southern India where her two older brothers inspired her to study engineering and journey to the US. Her path led her to marry Deepak Pisipati, and together, they founded Legistracker in 2014. Today, in addition to her work supporting Legistracker’s clients, Sandy loves to window shop, watch fun movies, meet up with friends, and spend quality time with Deepak and their two kiddos.
